Welcome to Appvark. These Terms of Use explain the rules for using our website, games, apps, tools, and related services. By using Appvark, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Appvark.

1. About Appvark

Appvark is a Tennessee-based digital studio founded in 2026. We create simple cross-platform games and lightweight app experiences, starting with Word Search and Sudoku, with more in development.

2. Use of Appvark

You may use Appvark for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes unless we give written permission for another type of use. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with normal operation, attempt to bypass security features, abuse advertising systems, copy large portions of the site, scrape content, or use Appvark in a way that could damage, overload, or disrupt our services.

Many Appvark features may work without requiring a user account. If we add account-based features in the future, users may be responsible for keeping their login information secure and for activity that occurs through their account.

Submitting feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or feature ideas does not create an obligation for Appvark to use, pay for, respond to, or develop those ideas. If we choose to use general feedback or suggestions, we may do so without compensation or restriction.

8. Appvark Content and Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, the Appvark name, branding, site design, original text, original graphics, original games, original layouts, original code, original digital features, and other original materials created by Appvark are owned by Appvark or used with permission.

Original Appvark content is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, modify, or exploit Appvark content without written permission, except for normal personal use of the website or where allowed by law.

9. Third-Party Content and Media

Some Appvark pages may include references, links, embeds, descriptions, or access to content from third-party sources. Third-party content may be owned by other people or organizations and may be subject to separate copyright, licensing, availability, and usage rules.

You also agree not to use bots, scripts, automated systems, scraping tools, click-fraud methods, ad manipulation, or other automated behavior that creates excessive traffic, manipulates analytics, abuses advertising systems, or interferes with normal operation.

12. Children and Families

Appvark may offer games or simple digital experiences that can be enjoyed by a broad audience. However, Appvark does not knowingly request personal information from children under 13.

If a parent or guardian believes a child has submitted personal information to Appvark, they should contact us so we can review the issue and remove the information where appropriate.

13. No Professional Advice

Content on Appvark is provided for general informational or utility purposes only. Appvark does not provide legal, financial, medical, safety, or professional advice. You should not rely on Appvark as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
