APPvark Sudoku account deletion instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your Sudoku account and associated data for the APPvark Sudoku app and website.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Sign in to your Sudoku account.
  2. Open the account menu.
  3. Go to Account Settings.
  4. Select Delete.
  5. Enter your current password to confirm the request.

What Happens Next

When you confirm deletion, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days.

During that 30-day period, your account data remains in the active service so that you can cancel the deletion request if you change your mind.

How to Cancel a Pending Deletion

  1. Sign back in before the scheduled deletion date.
  2. Open the account menu.
  3. Select Cancel Deletion.

Data Deleted When Deletion Completes

  • Account record and sign-in identity linked to that account
  • Email address and profile details such as display name, gender, and avatar
  • Saved games, puzzle progress, gameplay statistics, and preferences associated with the account

Data That May Remain Temporarily

  • Account data remains scheduled for deletion for up to 30 days after the deletion request so that you can cancel the request during that period.
  • Data stored locally on your own device or browser, such as cookies or local storage, may remain until you clear app/browser storage or uninstall the app.
